Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

My experiences at this tire shop have been average overall. The work itself is generally competentβ€”they complete the requested services as promised, though small details like missing valve caps have occasionally been overlooked. Customer service is functional but not particularly warm or proactive. The main drawback is availability: the shop often appears understaffed, with only one or two vehicles in the bays, yet walk-ins (including simple puncture repairs) are routinely turned away and told to go elsewhere. Appointments typically need to be made a day in advance. Reliable for scheduled work, but limited flexibility for urgent or same-day needs.

My sister came in to get her tire fixed. In the process of replacing a tire for her, they DESTROYED the leather wrapping of her steering wheel. I work at a dealership in Texas and I have NEVER seen a wheel ripped like that. That is not normal wear and tear. I spoke to whoever did the replacement and they said the manager was not in today. I hope you can make this right. Getting this repaired would be more than the cost of the tire. Terrible way of doing business.

Amazing experience! Mr. Nate got us in quickly, explained all of our options, and made the process easy from the start. Mr. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle our tire issue. They had everything fixed in no time, and both of them were so friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire visit. We'll definitely be back. Mr. Ryan and Mr. Nate are true gems!

I had an inspection done at the Chelsea location to determine what all I needed for my brakes. After inspection I was told I needed rotors for the front only, and pads front and rear. I ordered all genuine Toyota parts from the dealership and had the labor performed at this location. After the install, my brakes started squealing first thing every morning, or when cold, and if wet from rain, washing the truck, etc. This has been going on since 05/17/25. I have tried to work with them at a store level and give them the opportunity to inspect their work. They have denied my request 3 times and blame bad parts without looking at them. They have finally said they will redo the labor at no cost, but now want me to supply new parts. My local Toyota Dealership was going to charge me a diagnostic fee to look and see what's going on, but when I talked to a tech he said he could do it under a "Multi Point Inspection" and not charge me. They found missing anti-squeal shims in the rear, no grease, and missing and broken hardware in the front. When I've spoken to store Manager’s, I've been asked if my name was ____ or ____ with the 4Runner. I've been told that they have had issues with other To

Terrible! They get 2 stars since they started working on my truck on time per my appointment. I brought my stock 2024 truck in this past Sunday, solely because the inside edge of my front tires was wearing. They put it on the rack and within 15-20 minutes said they were done and handed me the alignment paperwork. I looked at it and said you didn’t fix the problem I brought it in for, the camber before and after has not changed, -1.5 degrees. They proceeded to tell me that negative camber does not wear the inside edge of the tires and they corrected the problem that was causing the inside edge to wear. They also went on to say that it is illegal for them to adjust camber and only the dealer or specialty shops can adjust camber??? After I expressed my disbelief in their explanation, they took the truck back and put it on the rack for another 20 minutes. They came back and said the green toolbox was locked and it had the tools in it to adjust the camber and I’d have to come back during the week when a more senior tech was there and the toolbox was open. From the looks of the camber adjustment bolts, it looks like they moved it all over the place. I did not get a print out after this
